8mm high aluminium radiator fin making machine, fin forming tool,
using feeding, import, fin forming, anti blocking device, wave
sparger, concentrator, wave puller, integral structure. The
automatic fin forming machine processes various specifications of
aluminum fin, copper fin and stainless steel fin heat exchanger
products by replacing the integral fast changing fin forming tool.
There are three kinds of materials for fin forming blades: cemented
carbide, cobalt bearing high speed tool steel and tungsten
molybdenum high speed tool steel for users to choose from. All fin
forming blades are made of forgings. After special processing, the
service life of blades made of forgings can be extended by 100-50
million peaks compared with those made of sheet metal.

The hob is changeable,but the main console is the same,the position
where the hob installed must match with the main console.
2.Does one hob can have multiple fin sizes with different heights?
No,one set of hob only can produce single height of one fin,up and
down fine-tuning height is not more than 0.1mm.
3.Does the hob can have multiple fins with different width?
Yes,it does.One set of hob can be single width of fin,also can
combine different width size of fins,most can combine 10 different
width size of fin in one set of hob.
4.Does one hob can have multiple fin sizes with different heights?
