The Professional customized fin height fin machine is used to
produce heat exchange wavy fins with a combined width fin forming
roller.
The fin rolling machine is equipped with the following devices:
decoiler, tensioning device, feeding, micro oil spray lubrication,
fin forming, correction and cutting function. The machine is
designed with protections such as strip run-out detection, blockage
detection,cutting fault indicator, fin forming unit overloading
protection, and fault indication light.
The electrical control system of the fin making machine adopts PLC,
inverter, AC servo control, and touch screen control.
The parameters are easily set through the touch screen.
The fin forming roller is the most important part of the aluminum
fin machine, and the combined fin forming roller reduces the
customer's production cost by avoiding the trouble of changing fin
forming roller at each width.

FAQ:
1. Does one hob can have multiple fin sizes with different heights?
No,one set of hob only can produce single height of one fin,up and
down fine-tuning height is not more than 0.1mm.
2. Does one set of hob can use different thickness finned
materials?
Yes,it can.But we don’t suggest big difference in thickness,most of
the thickness of fins is 0.07-0.08mm at the moment.
3. Does the hob can have multiple fins with different width?
Yes,it does.One set of hob can be single width of fin,also can
combine different width size of fins,most can combine 10 different
width size of fin in one set of hob.
4. Does it can change the hob?
The hob is changeable,but the main console is the same,the position
where the hob installed must match with the main console.
