The hot selling copper radiator fin machine is used to produce heat
exchange wavy fins with or without windows.
The fin radiator making machine is equipped with the following
devices: decoiler, tensioning device, feeding, interval
oil lubrication, fin forming, correction and cuttig function, strip
run-out detection, blockage detection device,
cutting fault indicator, fin forming unit overloading protection
device, and fault indication light.
The copper fin radiator making machine adopts PLC, inverter, AC
servo control, and touch screen control.
The parameters are easily set through the touch screen.

FAQ:
1.Does one hob can have multiple fin sizes with different heights?
No,one set of hob only can produce single height of one fin,up and
down fine-tuning height is not more than 0.1mm.
2.Does one set of hob can use different thickness finned materials?
Yes,it can.But we don’t suggest big difference in thickness,most of
the thickness of fins is 0.07-0.08mm at the moment.
3.Does the hob can have multiple fins with different width?
Yes,it does.One set of hob can be single width of fin,also can
combine different width size of fins,most can combine 10 different
width size of fin in one set of hob.
4.Does it can change the hob
The hob is changeable,but the main console is the same,the position
where the hob installed must match with the main console.
