The radiator fin forming machine is the special equipment for
producing copper plate type fin. This radiator fin
forming machine makes the copper plate according to the preset
specification, and cuts it automatically. The radiator fin forming
machine is mainly comprised of driving, edge folding, pattern
forming tooling, counting, cutting, plate collection, and
electrical control system.
Main Characteristics
The radiator fin making machine is used to produce copper heat
radiation flat fins.
1.The tooling of the radiator fin making machine can make louver or
convex ribs, punch holds, and roll ribs. The servo driving system
has a high positioning accuracy which assures the cutting accuracy.
2 The radiator fin making machine is controlled by inverter. The
running speed of the raw material is 0-40m/min.
3. The radiator fin forming machine has counting function.
4. The plate collecting mechanism can put in order the plates.
