product in the brazing area (575℃~650℃) is less than ±3℃;
- Adoption of advanced frequency conversion speed control conveyor
belt control system, so that the work-piece can achieve step-less
variable transmission, precisely control the running time of
work-piece in each heating zone, to ensure that the aluminum
brazing heating curve accurately achieve;
Product features of Aluminum Brazing Furnace:
Controlled atmosphere aluminum furnace system includes a spray
system, a drying furnace, a set of control atmosphere brazing
furnace and a cooling system.The controlled atmosphere brazing
furnace has a preheating chamber with an atmosphere curtain and
behind that is the brazing area from which the product will be go
through a retarded cooling chamber with an atmosphere curtain to
make the work-piece weld and fix . The temperature of the
work-piece from the retarded cooling chamber is about 300℃ and then
the temperature of the work-piece is reduced again through the air
cooling chamber to make the manual operation convenient.
The purchaser shall provide the cleaned and clamped work-pieces and
place them on the conveyor belt, and braze them through the brazing
system.
